Behind the scenes is a dedicated team that feels more like family than coworkers. Each brings their unique passions and talents to the apiary. We believe that every customer is not just a visitor but part of the Wild Honey Box family. At Wild Honey Box, it’s all about building relationships, sharing stories, and making everyone feel like they truly belong.

Dax Simons

Beekeeping Operations Coordinator

Dax manages and oversees all aspects of honey production and bee health. In addition, he manages the H2A crew and maintains machinery and vehicles. Dax decides where the bees will go to make honey and what type of honey will be made, then facilitates the moving of bees and the crew. Dax manages the extracting of honey post production. Dax also grafts Wild Honey Box’s queen bees during the spring and early summer.  

Kenny Reed

Entrepreneur & Coach

Kenny oversees EVERYTHING. He ensures everything needed is in stock, operational, and running smoothly. From fuel to feed… Kenny makes sure that nothing has fallen through the cracks. Kenny sells all the honey and makes all business deals.
Along with Dax, Kenny is involved with the queen-rearing process and queen-mating NUC’s during the Spring and early Summer.

Kayla Simons

Social Media & Marketing

Kayla promotes and develops all social media and networking platforms promoting Wild Honey Box. Kayla is exceedingly organized and oversees website orders and inventory control for all supplies. With Kayla… everything is DO-ABLE!  

Jaxon & Addley
